I WISH presents our first group cooking class featuring sushi rolling! Grab a few of your friends and get a hands-on sushi making lesson from professional chef Vy Tran. With this experience you'll receive a beginner's look at sushi—the different types of sushi, fish, rice and vegetable ingredients, as well as tips on how to make it yourself at home.
I WISH will provide the materials, food, aprons and the kitchen—all you need to bring is your appetite! Menu items include: California roll, vegetable roll and a spicy tuna roll. When you leave this class you should feel confident enough to impress your friends with your sushi rolling skills at home!
