I WISH introduces its second hands-on cooking class featuring the authentic Caribbean style of Cuban cuisine. Join this interactive class to get an up close look at cooking Arroz blanco con Frijoles Negros Guisados (white rice and black beans) and Chuletas Encebolladas: Grilled, Center-cut, Caribbean Pork Chops. The class will be taught by Chef Jose Anglada, who specializes in Caribbean-based cooking and owns his own catering company Cater2Me. All materials will be provided. Space is limited so sign up now!
