About Venue:
The Cognac class will focus on learning about the different types of cognac, the creation process, drinking etiquette, as well as tasting a few samples of cognac. Taught by Chuck Cowdery, author of ‘BOURBON, STRAIGHT: The Uncut and Unfiltered Story of American Whiskey’, this class promises to take any novice of cognac and turn them into an expert! Students will be able to sample Hennessey, Courvoisier, Martell and Remy Martin. Specials for students: Boneless Wings ($8.95) - 2 Pounds of Boneless Wings Tossed in your choice of Hot, Louisiana Creole, Chili Garlic, BBQ or Teriyaki Sauce) and $3.50 Coors Light Drafts.
